By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
- Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

- This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorized of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. 7. Site Terms of Use Modifications
The School may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.
8. Governing Law
Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Payments and Refunds
The Client understands upon receipt of log-in, there can be no refunds or withdrawals due to the release of proprietary documents. Upon receipt of this signed document, Client will be entered into the system and confidential materials will be sent.
The Cost of the program the program is $6000.00 or $1200 per month for 6 months. In the event of the Client’s absence or withdrawal, for any reason whatsoever once the Client is in the Teachable Platform, no reimbursement will be given due to receipt of confidential materials to this course training. Full payment must still be made for the same reason.
10. Disclaimer of Health Care Related Services
The Client understands that the role of WLHCollective is as a mentor and guide who has been trained in Holistic Health Coaching, Brain Health, Life Coaching, Trauma & Resilience, Business & Yoga to help each student of Whole Life Healing Coach Program serve to heal and grow themselves and the clients they will serve and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes.
11. Personal Responsibility and Release of Health Care Related Claims WLHCollective
The Client acknowledges that the Client takes full responsibility for the Client’s life and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of the Client’s family and children (where applicable), and all decisions made during and after this program.
The Client expressly assumes the risks of the Program, whether or not such risks were created or exacerbated by the Coach. The Client releases the Coach, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, teachers, lecturers, agents, health coaches and staff (collectively, the Releasees) from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, which against the Releasees, the Client ever had, now has or will have in the future against the Releasees, arising from the Client’s past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, the Program, unless arising from the gross negligence of the Releasees.
12. Confidentiality
The client acknowledges the information taught in this course is to be used for their own purposes, or in the role of a Coach and not for duplication to offer in a training of like kind.
13. Choice of Law, Arbitration and Limited Remedies
This agreement shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Michigan. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining portions of the Agreement shall be severed and remain in full force. In the event a dispute arises between the parties, either arising from this Agreement or otherwise pertaining to the relationship between the parties, the parties will submit to binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association (Commercial Arbitration and Mediation Center for the Americas Mediation and Arbitration Rules). Any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Such arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The sole remedy that can be awarded to the Client in the event that an award is granted in arbitration is refund of the Program Fee. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no award of consequential or other damages, unless specifically set forth herein, may be granted to the Client. If the terms of this Agreement are acceptable, please sign the acceptance below. By doing so, the Client acknowledges that:
(1)he/she has received a copy of this letter agreement;
(2)he/she has had an opportunity to discuss the contents with the Coach and, if desired, to have it reviewed by an attorney; and
(3) the client understands, accepts and agrees to abide by the terms hereof.
